Morning Fitness
P.E. Information & Requirements
- We begin every school day with an organized 20-minute morning fitness program that targets cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility and strength.
- Every day, our students and teachers participate in different activities that gets them moving and ready to begin their academic day healthy and alert!
- Thanks to our daily Morning Fitness program, our students are meeting P.E. standards and learning the importance of healthy habits.
- Students must wear tennis shoes for Morning Fitness
