- The *ABC Excels is available through an application process. Participants must abide by all ABC Excels rules and policies. Applications are available in the office or by visiting the ABC Excels website. For questions regarding the before and after school program, contact the ABCUSD Child Development office at (562) 229-7985.
ARRIVAL
- Students are to enter through the 221st or 223rd Gates.
- Morning supervision begins at 7:50 a.m. To ensure your child’s safety, please make sure your children are not on campus before 7:50 a.m. Students may enter the school grounds only when there is appropriate supervision.
DISMISSAL
- All children are to leave the school grounds immediately after dismissal.
- To ensure your child’s safety, please make sure your children are picked up on time.
- No after-school supervision is available unless your child participates in the ABC Excels Program.
- 1st - 6th grade students are to exit through the 221st or 223rd Gates.
- Parents or adults (18 yrs. old) must pick up TK and K students at their classrooms. Please use the "State Pre-School" gate on 223rd Street.
COMING TO AND FROM SCHOOL
- Students need to arrive between 7:50 and 8:30 a.m.
- Students who ride bicycles or scooters to school MUST wear a helmet.
- Bicycles and scooters must be walked onto the campus, parked in the designated areas, and secured with a lock at all times.
- All school rules are in effect when coming to and from school
